[RC] rib out - Lynn White

I had a dislocated rib for years. I used to call it "lung-lock" because I
could barely breath. What I used to do was jump up and down and swing my arms
around and that would fix it.

When that quit working I finally had to see my family doctor when I was in so
much pain I thought I was having a heart attack. He popped the sucker in and
sent me to a physical therapist.

I've NEVER had any luck with chiropractors, but that's just me. I'd find a
good physical therapist and follow his/her instructions to the T. If that
doesn't work find another physical therapist. Take up deep breathing and
relaxation techniques. I'd avoid yoga because some of the postures could pop
your rib out...and always be aware of your posture.
