[RC] mystery bumps on horse - Sharon HahnSome gnats or similar little bugs that like to hang out in skin folds can cause bumps like you describe. Try Swat ointment on the affected area daily (will keep bugs away). They sell clear Swat now if you don't like the traditional pink color. --
