1.  Look on the name plate of the AC.  That will list the watts.  That is the biggest load that you will need.  You can always shut it off when you run the microwave.
2. Honda 2000's are quiet and will run a microwave, but I suspect that they will not run the AC.  Mine will also run a hairdryer for drying horse's hooves when putting in pads.
 
3. An ordinary person can put the Honda 2000 where needed.
 
4. With the proper cords, you can run two in parallel, and still have reasonably portable units.
