Prime example of what happens with to little truck.  Since BP trailers need atleast 10% weight on hitch (with less swaying is absolutely guaranteed), the solution is:  1. Stiffer springs/helper springs on tow vehicle.  2. Weight distributin hitch with torsion bars to transfer weight to front axle of truck. 3. A bigger, shouter tow vehicle.
