[RC] Drug Rule - Kathy Copeland

So all of you who think the drug rule is so bad get your butt on the vet committee and fix it. If you are not willing to do that then don't bitch about it. In the mean time I would like to thank all of the people who give their time to be on any AERC committee for all their hard work and efforts.
