These are the same people who had two sets of rules regarding the wearing of spurs in a CEI 120 in the spring of 2000. Everyone BUT Mohamed Maktoum was forbidden from wearing them. He won while wearing them. Why do I have problems with their credibility?

And if horses are sick or recovering from illness, why would they be competing???
