[RC] high/low selenium--Eleanor - heidi

I should have added in my last response to Eleanor that my practice in Oregon
was NOT primarily endurance-based, although I saw a lot of endurance horses
vetting rides, and more of the endurance people were willing to spring for
sequential testing. It's been quite awhile since I was actively doing all
this, but at one point, I had tested somewhere between 100 and 200 horses, and
had follow-up tests on several. I'd say about half were endurance horses and
about half were not. I wasn't doing any sort of statistical analysis, but I
didn't see anything particularly jumping out at me separating the endurance
horses from the others. Most of the non-endurance horses were broodmares and
youngsters, with some breeding stallions and halter horses thrown into the mix
as well.
