Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

A question came up not long ago about how to handle parks or other areas 
that do not allow competitive events.   No "Endurance" rides or CTR

The question was,   "Would  AERC would allow  an event that didn't give 
placings, etc under the AERC umbrella"

Didn't see any response.

Any thoughts?
