I highly recommend them.  Have used them twice - neither times  
pulling a trailer.

First time was when I was at the state high school speech/drama meet  
with my daughter and the fuel pump went out of my pickup - they towed  
the truck to the dealer and paid for the towing with no questions asked.

The second time was this summer at the North American Young Riders  
Endurance Ride.  We purchased a used Durango that had an after market  
security system installed - only problem was that when we bought the  
car we didn't receive the thing that would turn it off.  I intended  
to have it removed, but hadn't gotten around to it.  I had been  
warned that sometimes other people's security systems could activate  
it, well sure enough it happened while we were there - completely  
locked up the engine.  Well, I called US Rider and they sent over a  
tow truck and hauled it to the dealer to have the silly thing removed  
- again paid for the towing, no questions asked.

What I'm really impressed with is when they answer their phone their  
first question is "US Rider, are you and your horse OK?"
