[RC] US Rider - carolyn

I have had US Rider for several years now, have used them 4 or 5 times, never with a horse trailer.  The first time I used them the tow truck driver told me that I would always be at the front of the line for a tow because US Rider paid the full price of the tow.  If you have AAA, they only paid $23.50/tow, so tow truck companies will wait until they have a few AAA tows before heading out to do them, so you can wait hours with that plan.  Every time I call, they ask if you and your horses are OK, and they always follow up about an hour after you get towed to see if you got home OK.

I live in a rural area and ran my car off of an out of the way back road.  They sent a tow truck out, pulled me out of the ditch, and followed me to the main road.  This is the best bargain out there.
