If a rider sues a vet, that is public record.  Posting a rider's name on 
any public forum along with the information that said rider sued a vet 
is totally protected free speech.  If the rider wins, posting that 
information is also protected free speech.  It is not opinion.  It is 
not hearsay.  It is fact.
