It is unfortunate that in these times one cannot call a spade a spade, name names, cite facts, all for fear of what? Being sued? I thought the First Amendment protected our freedom to say almost anything we want, right or wrong, especially something of a derogatory nature about another person, as long as it was not done maliciously and especially if it was true. Just posting the facts of a situation, as you know them, is not even remotely malicious...
