Ah, I didn't know you were in Colorado, Melissa.  You're not that far from
me, just down the road a ways.  I'm north of Montrose, you're south of
Montrose, we're neighbors!  I think it's cool you have a mouser skunk.  I
know we have skunks around our house.  Occasionally, I get a "whiff" of one
every now and then early in the morning, before dawn.  I'm like you, I love
the fact that they eat mice.  Hanta virus is usually fatal, and deer mice
can carry that virus.  In fact, there was a case in Delta this year of a ma=
n
contracting hanta virus - I believe he survived.  The world is just not a
safe place, is it.  :-)
