Thank you Roger for this thorough explanation. A couple of years ago, this happened to me and my horse
was getting zapped.


I solved the problem by alligator clipping a wire to the chassis and letting is just touch the ground. I probably should have driven a rod but I didn't.

I always wondered what was wrong but didn't know until I read this.
