RE: [RC] LD - Kitley, Carrie E Civ USAF AFSPC 30 MDSS/SGSLF

If we are going to take full dues from people that choose to ride LDs
and charge them fees the same as the other distances I would suggest
that we provide them with the same quality experience as the other
distances. The way I read it that was all that was asked for.

Right on, Truman!  That's the only point I've ever attempted to make on
this subject.  :)  Not whining, just a question of fairness.
