[RC] Adrenaline Junkies - k s swigart

Betsy Thomas said:

I am getting plenty of adrenaline from LSD work
in my neighborhood of heavy traffic, barking dogs,
neon-clad lycra-butt biker packs, etc. The tennis
court with the gunshot-like-ball-serving machine,
which you ride past on the sidewalk next to the
40 mph traffic, that is a total rush... :-P

This statement, to me, is proof positive that "adrenaline junkie" is not
the way to describe an endurance rider.

For a true adrenaline junkie, the above quoted situation wouldn't even
register on the radar screen.

Horse bolts out of control into the 40 mph traffic....

...that might do it.

Ride next to? Naaaahhhh.
