[RC] Aussie lass needs Tevis horse! - Naomi PrestonI'm just putting in a plug for Melissa Longhurst, who has already
posted her need for a Tevis horse for this year. I met her recently
at the Mt. Adams 100, and you could not ask for a nicer person or
better rider for your horse. Her post did not mention that she's
gotten Best Condition at the Quilty -- which says volumes on her experience
and horsemanship. I'd put her on one of my horses any day, with
total confidence. And she's a lightweight. Plus, you'd have a
horse to ride at a future Quilty in Australia .......... how cool is
that?
She'd probably be riding with me, or with whomever you choose.
I've got 100% completion on my mare (3 attempts, 3 finishes) , Mustang
Lady, and know the trail. I'll be going for my new mare's first
Tevis, and riding conservatively. I'd take good care of Melissa
and her horse.
Any takers out there??? She's and her hubby have their plane fare
and arrangements, and are coming with or without a horse. Her email is
