RE: [RC] Haf Pad problem - legsmontanna

Coincidentally, I cleaned my HAF pad yesterday and noticed that same kind of wear.  A patch of bubbles were peeling off.  I am extremely careful with my tack so I do not believe it was from misuse.  My HAF pad is only a year old and rarely used.  I am wondering how to repair it.
