[RC] re:martingales - Cindy Collins

I also mainly use a french link snaffle with a "clip on" running martingale attachment or "training fork" as it is often called. ?I'm pretty picky about my reins and I would not like having to use beta reins. ?I also feel the german martingale is more complicated and could be dangerous in a trail situation, though it is the most sophisticated of the?martingales. ?I have super lateral control with my set-up. ?As in EVERYTHING endurance, to each his own and what works on one horse may not work on another. ?It is great that we have so many options to choose from. ?Cindy
