RE: [RC] Slant loads - Chastain, Shannon L.

This rubber torsion suspension do some trailers just come with it
standard or is it an add-on. Is it pricey?

Subject: [RC] Slant loads

My two main horses have had thousands of miles in a slant load trailer
over the years. The Jbird for example is been as far as Northern ID once
to Southern Utah once to Colorado twice to WY once not to mention to
Michigan and Virginia. I've never noticed a minutes issue with a slant
load or a minutes issue with my horses that ride in it. I think there
are more important things like the trailer suspension. Rubber torsion
suspension is better than springs. Probably a bigger issue than the
layout of the trailer is the way you drive when you have horses in the
trailer.
