[RC] EZ Boot Bare Problem - Roger Rittenhouse

I bought a pair of size 2 EZ Boot Bares.
The will fit the hoof but I cannot get the back gator up over the bulbs of the heels. My horse has a long narrow front hoof, not round. His heel bulbs stick out further then normal. The gator is creased at the heels I cannot get it to pull up over the heel and Velcro around the pastern.
I have let the bungee out one hole.
No help. Now the front of the boot has about 1/2 in space at the toe.

Looks like this will not work for him

The standard EZ Boot works if I cut off the heel part of the boot and part of the heel strap. I have a size 1 EZ boot on him.

He has a problem with low heel and long toe. I will try to trim off more toe to get the hoof into the boot further, but I dont think it will work.

Any advice?
I can take some digi pictures to PM
Thanks
