Bruce and jonni, thanks for the grandpa stories. My grandpa introduced me to horses. My mother likes to tell the story about looking out my grandmother's window and seeing me atop a mare named friday who had just thrown my dad and my grandfather earlier that morning!

his wife, my grandmother always made sure I had something horsey to do when I went to their house.

Now it's my turn and I hope I'm giving my grandson good memories and helping to steer his life in a good direction.

He's been pretty much abandoned by his mother and father and is being raised by grandparents. He has done some rides with me and is a pretty good horseman at age 11. I couldn't run this farm without him.
