[RC] making your own portable corral - Mel Cochran

I am looking for easy, light and easy on the pocketbook. I want a corral for those times that I can't picket.

I have some options.

My hubby is a plumber, I could make a PVC corral but it would get brittle with time. Is there something I could coat it with to keep UV rays from breaking it down?

The good old electric corral. It seems to be the standard in my area but I don't trust it.

A construction/snow fence corral set up with step in posts. That stuff is really strong and durable looking. I figure if I can install no climb fence by myself, I should be able to set up a plastic fencing corral. This is my favorite option right now.

Do any of you have thoughts on which one would be best, or other options?
