This is a big warning about the garmin wrist worn gps. My wife has one 
and I had one, I said had because  I lost it when the velcro wrist band 
came lose on the trail.
I have spent hours looking forward in the last week to no avail.
So, device a way for it not to come off, and I suggest,
paint the back of the watch neon yellow or pink to find it on the trail 
if  it does come off.  It is  gray and black with  maybe a tad of color 
on the velcro strap depending on whitch model you get.
Still looking for mine
