[RC] used reactor panel saddles - Julie Pearsall

Hey, all,
I've heard wonderfull things about Reactor Panels on this bulletin board.  I went to the RP website and noticed their used saddles for sale.  Think they would be a safe buy?
Secondly, if I choose to buy one, how will I know which size range to  look for?!  There is nothing on the site (that I can find) about matching my horses size to a saddle.  Yes, there are pages for taking and sending measurements, but I don't want to order from the company - just want to know what width my mare IS.  I'm in the middle of New York, no where NEAR a fitting clinic or dealer.  Any ideas?
