[RC] river crossing okay - Kathie FordHi all you Auburn etc. riders. The river crossing thus far today was crossable. We crossed it safely twice and even got some real nice photos. Was a beautiful day. However, on the trail going toward Franciscos from there; although the trail itself is very nice and footing excellent, there is a very large pine tree down over an important section of trail plus a little bit of landslide in there. Not safe nor anyway around it. So it's totally blocked. We had to turn around and go back. FYI...The two very large pine trees on the way to that spot however have been cut thru nicely. Easy passing there.
