Blackbirds are great at breaking up horse turds.  I think Ravens do, too, 
but out in pasture.  The blackbirds will come right into our driveway.

Am I the only one who has birds? My neighbor's guineas barely let it
hit the ground before they're breaking it up. I used to have chickens
that did it around the barn but they crapped on my winter blankets
one time too many.
