I don't know.  Khalil and I did ten in 1986, part of 1910 total miles 
that year.  Then we followed that with ten more in 1987 (along with all 
five days of the Shore-to-Shore multiday), part of 1705 total miles that 
year.  All but one of those 20 rides was Top Five (one 7th place), with 
four 1st Places and eight Best Conditions.

The AERC records only show nine 100's in 1987 because the 1987 Race of 
Champions wasn't AERC sanctioned, but I counted it.  That was the one at 
Brian Head, Utah, with 16 finishers out of 88 starters.


I'm crossposting this to the AERC Members List because I'd like to hear 
if a horse has completed more than ten 100-mile one-day rides in one season.
