Re: [RC] dog woes - rides2far@xxxxxxxxFeed the dogs treats and they will soon come arround to being friendly. I would agree except for the fact that they said they take their dog along with them. My dogs will accept people walking down our road fine...it's when they bring their dogs along off lead and their dogs make loops up onto our property that pandemonium ensues. I've found that if the dogs have large areas to be their territory they're less threatened, but if their yard is small (like the Cocker's picket fence lined yard probably is) they'll probably defend it fiercely against another dog. Since the riders said they ride along a busy road at one point I really can't see the draw of taking their dog along.
