Re: [RC] Trail Trash - Dr. Q's comments - Nancy Sturm

I was going to stay out of this, but ... there are very few places where we
are not going to encounter rude people, including the church parking lot,
hospital admitting and the Department of Motor Vehicles. .  Generally, I
assume their perceived rudeness is their problem, not mine.

I got started distance riding a little late, age 60.  Not only have I so far
ridden only LD, I ride a gaitded horse.  Although I hear lots of complaints
from people riding my distance on my breed  who feel they have been treated
rudely, I have never experienced anything but kindness and courtesy - except
of course at the DMV.
