"mentors"..Ann and Hal Hall. I ice, walk, ice, (cold water hosing if I am
home), walk, then finally wrap with either an Arnica based (Sore No More),
or clay. Personally, the tissue damage that can be done by allowing
inflammation to
occur is not worth it to me.<<<

And that is what works for you, but my question would be, how do you know if
you are even getting inflammation? My point is, I want to KNOW if I have
pushed too much, or if I have a problem starting in a leg, and often that is
only going to show by leaving the legs alone, unwrapped, to tell their story
so to speak. But again, we all must find what works for each of us, no
matter "who" taught us.
