There is no AERC rule stating "no genterators after 10:00 pm."

I have been to some rides where ride management has imposed such a rule.
I have been to some campgrounds that have imposed such a rule, and even
campgrounds that don't have such a rule, it is considered common curtesy
to impose it upon yourself if there are other people around.

But, if you go to a ride that has that rule and you want it changed, the
person to take it up with is the ride manager.  The AERC has nothing to
do with it.
