I've got no living quarters and I still don't like generators running at
night. :-) You *can* stay warm while in bed. Yep, it's cold as all get
out when you get up, but you should be able to hit your generator then so
what's the big deal? If you feel bad about being cold while you crank it
just remember I don't have one to crank. :-)  Get a subzero sleeping bag,
put an insulite pad under it to block cold from underneath, then throw on
wood blankets from the army store or a down comforter (you know, the one
that's not fit to use in the house any more) and all is cozy. Take wool
socks to sleep in.

Angie (who has gotten dressed in a 20 degree uninsulated dressing room
twice in the last 12 months.
