Heard of it, it's very similar to what I use, certainly close enough to use
interchangeably with the triamcinolone/chlorhex.

That, some good wraps, and some betadine solution, and you're pretty much
good to go in my book.

Have you heard of, or used Dermalone ointment?


Dermalone Ointment is a combination of nystatin, neomycin sulfate, 
thiostrepton and triamcinolone acetonide in a non-irritating vehicle, 
a polyethylene and mineral oil gel base.
