My daughter yesterday found one of her Arabian mares with a
prolapsed rectum.
We live in a rural area and the local Vets said not a lot can
be done- she is in contact today with a Univ.Hospital
Can anyone with this situation give us some ideas? The mare
is 9 yrs old and has a 5 month foal with her at this time. She seems very
alert and not ill, we have put her on antibiotics.
