Magnesium sulfate is more commonly known as Epsom Salts. Magnesium Citrate is a 
powerful laxative,
usually given to people right before they have a colonoscopy to, um, "clean 
them out" so the
camera can see. Definitions are available on just about any medical/health 
website, for instance,
