Thanks for adding that tidbit.  I've used Mag Sulfate often enough, but since I've never worked on people or done colonoscopies, Mag Citrate wasn't on my "radar screen."
 
So the answer to Kim's question would be, "neither one!"

Magnesium sulfate is more commonly known as Epsom Salts. Magnesium Citrate is a powerful laxative,
usually given to people right before they have a colonoscopy to, um, "clean them out" so the
