Looks like 0's on the fronts and either 0's or 00's on the hinds. You could first start with 0's on the fronts and try them on the hinds.  Here is a template of the Easyboot/Epic/Bare sizing.  Do you know anybody that might have a boot you could try on to see how it fits? 

If you were to get Epics, then 00's would most likely work with the heelstrap cut out.  If it's an Easyboot then you could probably go either way.  I've got horses that measure in the 0 range on their hinds and do fine with 1's on.  I adjust the cable to be a little tighter.  Then I've got the horse who measures for a 2 and I put him in 1's.  My horses don't read the size charts or I'd be in trouble!  ;-)
