Think about it this way. Would you want to stand in the shower stall of a
trailer all night not being able move around and getting stiff all night?
Yeah, you'd be ok in the morning probably, but would you really feel like
running 50 miles the next day? I know I wouldn't. My legs would be so sore I
probably wouldn't even feel like walking.
