I had my thyroid gland removed in May and had a big, thick, bumpy, ugly scar 
that ran across my neck.  The surgeon recommended Neosporin's Scar Solution 
strips.  I used them for about three weeks and now you can barely see the 
scar on my neck.  I hope this helps and you have as much success healing as 
I did.
