[RC] Narrow Tevis Trail, a historical question - Lucie Hess

I've ridden the California loop to Francisco's on the
May Fun Ride several years back. I thought the trail
was narrow in places, but have been on trail that is
as narrow on our midwest rides, but our dropoffs are
shorter!

Here's my historical question.. If I remember
correctly, this trail replaced the trail through Todd
Valley? Is this correct? What was that trail like?
Was it as difficult?

Just curious..
