I would like to interrupt for a moment to say CONGRADULATIONS to John Crandell for another remarkable performance at the Tevis. Everyone here in the NE is very proud. He,s one of the finest horsemen I,ve ever known & completely humble. John is always willing to lend a hand, answer questions, help new riders. He,s been one of majors forces with the OD for many years, quietly doing all the work behind the seens, like spending many hours up in the mountains moving rocks on a big scary machine that he helped buy with his own money. Many other things to numerous to mention. The VanMeter family feels very lucky to count all the Crandells as friends.
