RE: [RC] Calf muscles and how to get 'em - Katrina Mosshammer

Kristi, consider yourself lucky. My calves are bigger around than the
distance between my ankle and my knee. This makes it almost impossible to
get half chaps and tall boots that fit right. :-( Still haven't found any
that fit just right, they're either too tall or too small around.

Well, that does it. I need to do 100's, as I have NO calf muscles at all and
if I could pick and choose to change one body part, that would be it.
Seriously, how does a ton of riding help? My puny little calves are the one
muscle group in my entire body that has never gotten sore after posting for
a good number of miles.
What am I doing wrong - I really would love to have calves as big as musk
melons...until then, I'll keep wearing those boot cut Equissentials riding
tights. :
