Re: [RC] [RC] removing a saddle horn? - Debbie Kirchnerwe carefully pulled off all the leather, then sawed off the horn, Then we carefully folded the leather back onto the saddle, cut off the extra, put some glue on the Pommel, then folded the leather on for good... and put the screw back in that was originally there, it is perfect, I LOVE IT... no one knows the difference unless I tell them... -- Debbie ~Someday, I will soar with the Eagles....
