Now ain't this a topic... There was a time in
the past that ice was inserted up the ass (Kat, you have such a way w/ words) to
lower the pulse. That was deemed invasive, and i don't think it is an
approved method. I don't know if ice water w/out ice could be used or
not. Such topics to start the day with. :<))))
