Re: [RC] [RC] Non-pacing TWH Bloodlines - Susan Cushing

Hey, someone's gotta love those TWHs that pace after they get off them stupid pads! Glad some of you folks do! We have a son of a 4xs "World Champion" and he paced off pads. Lo and behold, 3 yrs. later he is starting to Tenn. Walk on the trail. Yippee. he is a lovely animal and we are glad to have him.

It is easier to get a pacy horse and train it to gait than to get a naturaly gaited horse that does not gait as nicely to train for show. Some breeds will also get more of the desired lift this way. Too bad since it gets rid of breeding nicely, natural gaited horses without the show lift.
