Most of us don’t think about this much, but the horse’s
shoes hitting against the rocks do cause sparks to fly. Have you ever seen this
at night? It’s pretty scary on a dry trail. You wouldn’t think that
a spark on our dusty trails would cause a fire, but I have heard of it
happening.
