Re: [RC] [RC] Barefoot or not, it's getting really, really old - Andrea Day

Laney, et al:

Yes, I do know how the delete button works seeing as how I've worn the lettering off the key deleting the spam and adverts for Vi@gra that keep sneaking thru the filters. I get the digest simply because I don't WANT to overuse this key, and when I open it, I often notice 3/4 or better of the posts are the same old barefoot/shoe issue. I don't subscribe to any barefoot/shoe lists because I'm interested in OTHER subjects. There are groups out there with tons of information on the subject. If that's your interest, why not subscribe to them or post a link and be done with it? Most people (repeatedly) posting here on the subject are trying to convert the heretics.

Everyone is allowed to post their opinion, and does so. I'm allowed to post my opinion and did so. I posted a suggestion to Steph/John with the full knowledge that it's their decision and they'll let me know if doing so is inappropriate. For those of you who are going to continue flaming me at my personal email, I'm going to keep wearing out my delete button without opening your emails. That's just plain tacky, and I'm not going to respond. End of the barefoot request discussion. Please go on to endurance related subjects.

Thank you.
Andrea

Andrea,

It is not reasonable for you to ask for a thread to be
pulled just because you are a)sick and tired of it,
b) don't agree with it, or c) have nothing else to
contribute.

Consider the number of participants on Ride Camp, the
countries represented, and the time of day in those
countries.

You can do what most of us do when we are either done
with the thread or no longer interested: Delete the
email instead of opening it up.

We are all in agreement about one thing on Ride Camp
or else we would not be here. We are extremely
passionate about our horse care, wellbeing, and most
of all having others to share our thoughts with.
