Actually, all that extra poultry fat isn't going to waste right now... Just 
look at many of the labels on your commercial horsefeed, cattlefeed, dogfood, 
etc, etc..... Most of them will have 'Animal fats preserved with....'... 
Granted, 'animal fats/byproducts' can also INCLUDE horsemeat from meat 
rendering plants.... Yep, feeding herbivores other herbivores..
