Pete, my friend's MFT mare that I've been riding does the pace, flat walk, a few steps of running walk (she's very green still), fox trot, trot and canter.  When my friend bought her she mostly paced.  Now she only does it a little but but is inclined to break into a trot when she has to go fast.  I think she does some other gaits too but I can't recognize them.  She's a whole lot of fun no matter what gait she's doing.
